About Me

Hi I'm Betty!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, licensed in the state of Utah. I work with adults navigating the perinatal period (pregnancy, postpartum, pregnancy loss/grief, infertility). I enjoy collaborating with psychiatrists - other medication providers, OBGYNs, midwives, lactation consultants, doulas, pelvic floor specialists, and couple's therapists to provide a circle of support for my clients and their families.

Therapeutic Approach

Utilizing EMDR therapy and a collaborative, strengths-based approach, my goal is to work alongside you to find balance, feel grounded, be present, and re-establish your individual identity within your “new normal”.

Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an extensively researched, highly effective psychotherapy proven to help people recover from distressing life experiences, trauma, and a range of mental health problems.
